We work with natural and organic ingredients from responsible sources, and our products are cruelty-free. All of our products are cosmetics. They are designed to care for the look and feel of your skin and hair, and they are not medicines.
Cosmetic products only
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
This applies to every product in our range, including haircare oils and sprays, soothing body and foot care, hair removal sprays and creams, serums and acne cover patches. Product descriptions explain the intended cosmetic use. Results vary from person to person, and we do not promise any specific outcome.
Before you use a product
Read the full ingredient list and instructions. Do a small patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies, and follow the recommended application and timing for products such as hair removal creams and sprays.
If irritation occurs
Stop using the product and rinse the area with water. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a skin condition or are under medical care, ask a healthcare professional before use. Keep all products out of reach of children.
Product information: we do our best to keep descriptions, images and ingredient lists accurate. Packaging, colour and scent can vary slightly between batches, and screens may show colours differently. Always check the label on the product you receive.

Order process
A contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email, not when you add an item to your cart.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, a stock error or a pricing error. If this happens after payment, we refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, and other local payment methods may appear at checkout depending on your country. We do not offer cash on delivery. Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge before your order is dispatched. Email info@naturecosmetix.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, our returns process applies instead.
Payment problems and chargebacks
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. Most issues are resolved quickly once we have your order number.

EU and UK customers
You keep your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day guarantee is offered in addition to that right. For hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetics that have been opened after delivery may be excluded, as permitted by EU law.
