1. Order Processing

  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 23:00 CET are prepared for dispatch on the next business day.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) for order preparation and dispatch.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We proudly ship worldwide.
  • If delivery restrictions apply to your region, these will be indicated clearly at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates & Customs

European Union (EU)

  • Free shipping on orders of €40.00 and above.
  • €4.95 shipping fee for orders below €40.00.

Other Regions

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
  • Duties, customs fees, and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order has been dispatched:

Please note: Delays caused by customs clearance or courier performance are outside of our control.

5. Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • We work with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and local postal services.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

6. Lost or Damaged Deliveries

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • For lost shipments, contact us immediately so we can open an investigation with the courier.
  • Confirmed cases will be eligible for a replacement or full refund.
